Getting Help
Community Support
OghmaNano is used by an active and growing research community. If you need to get in touch, please use the contact details provided on the contact page. Individual technical questions cannot always be answered, but getting in contact ensures that important issues, bugs, and feedback are seen.
Reporting Bugs
Bug reports are always welcome and very much appreciated. If you believe you’ve found a bug, please report it using the contact details on the contact page. Clearly reproducible bugs are often fixed quickly, and fixes are usually targeted within a week or two.
When reporting a bug, please include:
- OghmaNano version (e.g. vX.Y.Z) and operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Steps to reproduce — a clear description of exactly what was done.
- Expected behaviour — what was expected to happen.
- Actual behaviour — what actually happened, including any error messages.
Requesting Features
Feature suggestions are welcome. While it is not possible to implement every request, community feedback helps guide future development and research directions.
Independent Use
If OghmaNano is being used independently and support is not required, that’s great. Please remember to cite OghmaNano appropriately in any published work.
