Chapter 12: Automation & scripting

This chapter covers automation, scripting, parameter optimisation, and data fitting in OghmaNano. Simulations can be automated directly through the graphical user interface using parameter scans, optimisation tools, and the step editor, or controlled programmatically using Python, PyOghma, MATLAB, PowerShell, and Lua. The chapter also introduces the OghmaNano file format, fitting and parameter extraction, machine-learning workflows, and numerical tools for building automated simulation and analysis workflows.
